Lead a healthy lifestyle is an important part of our life.
Usually I get up at 9 am and go to bed at 11pm. As for me , 10 hours are enough to wake up easy.
I don’t think diet is a great idea for persons under 18 but I was on a diet once and that was a healthy diet .I tried to eat more vegetables and not to eat fast food .
Actually, I don’t wanna change my lifestyle because I don’t think that I need it.
I advise all people lead a healthy lifestyle but I like my lifestyle and that’s all for now.
