My name is Mary and Christmas is my favourite holiday. I like choosing gifts for my family. I always decorate a Christmas tree with toys and lights and prepare a lot of tasty food. I'm really fond of Christmas because I usually invite my family and we have a wonderful time together. Last December my grandmother told me that she couldn't come to my place at Christmas. She wasn't feeling well Granny lives a quiet life in the country. All her children and grandchildren live far away from her in the city. So I decided to visit her on Christmas Eve. I bought a small Christmas tree and some Christmas presents for granny. I rang at her door at six o'clock. Granny greeted me with a kiss. I could see that she was very happy. We hugged each other. I decorated the tree and granny's living room. My granny made tea and we both drank it with Christmas cake. I believe last year my granny really enjoyed her Christmas.
