С людьми - am / is / are. Am употребляется с I, Is с He / She / It, Are используется с We / They / You ( мы / они / вы ). Если неодушевлённый предмет, то it. Если много предметов ( не важно одушевлённых или неодушевленных, всё равно используется they - они ).

- He's very quiet.

4) - I've got a computer game called Help!

- What is it like?

- It's quite difficult.

5)  - I've got five brothers

- What are they like?

- They are noisy.

- What is she like?

- She's great.
