P.S. В 4 предложении глагол to go не подходит, потому что have gone to - уехать и еще не вернуться, по смыслу с ever в значении "Ты когда-нибудь был в...?" должен стоять глагол to be. В 14 предложении наоборот: с глаголом to be по смыслу идет отрицание, а если утверждение, то нужен глагол to go.
