In my opinion the Internet is the greatest invention of the past 100 years.

Firstly, the Internet gives us access to any kind of information. If I need a book, I don't have to go to the library because I can read the book online. If I fail to understand a rule in class, I can find another explanation on the Internet, with pictures, diagrams and videos.

Secondly, people use the Internet for communication. We can have real-time coversation with people all over the world. There are a lot of social networks that help us to find our friends and relatives, post photos and store a lot of information.

Thirdly, the Internet gives us opportunity to watch films, listen to new singles, play games.

To sum up, I cannot imagine our world without the Internet.
