20 лет назад любители компьютерных игр соревновались в своем мастерстве ради энтузиазма, азарта, без какой – либо цели заработать или построить карьеру, для многих это было всего лишь хобби или приятное времяпрепровождение, способ получить соревновательный кураж и адреналин, не выходя из дома, а чаще всего даже в стенах компьютерных клубов. Сейчас же киберспорт во всем мире признан, как официальный вид спорта с многомиллионными призовыми фондами, огромным количеством зрителей и поклонников по всему миру. В своей статья я хочу рассмотреть историю развития спорта в нашей стране, познакомить с легендарными игроками, основоположниками кибер-состязаний, дать оценку текущего состояния дел в этой области в нашей стране и порассуждать на тему будущего индустрии.

20 years ago, computer game lovers competed in their skills for the sake of enthusiasm, excitement, without a goal to earn money or build a career, for many it was just a hobby or a pleasant pastime, a way to get competitive courage and adrenaline without leaving home, but more often even in computer clubs. Now, cybersport is recognized around the world as an official sport with multi-million prize  funds and a huge number of viewers and fans around the world.  In my article, I want to investigate the history of the development of this sport in our country, introduce you to the legendary players, the founders of cyber competitions, give an assessment of the current state of affairs in this area in our country and  speculate on the future of the industry.
