Відповідь: my country is Armenia and here DOLMA is the traditional dish. Dolma is a vegetables or leaves stuffed in grape leaves. Staffing is prepared from minced meat and also can contain rise too. In my country, to be honest, called it TOLMA, but in western Armenia called DOLMA. to cook this you need:
-- grape leaves - 40 pieces
-- minced meat - 700 g
-- onion - 1 piece
-- salt, spices - to taste
-- sour cream - 100 g
-- bouillon - 2 glasses
-- water - 1,5 of glass
number of servings: 10-12
I realy like this dish and I suggest you to try it of you dont do it before.
