I am glad to hear from you so soon. It was rather interesting to know about your lifestyle. I totally agree that health is the most essential thing in our lives and we must take of it since the early years. I also do sports and try to eat healthy food, but I do eat different types of meat, dairy, and so on.

Even though I read a lot, I do not want to become a vegetarian as I know my body. I tried several times not to eat any meat during the day and it turned into a terrible headache. My body is literary forbidding me to think about not consuming meat in the food. Moreover, I train a lot so protein is necessary for me and I cannot refuse it.

How often do you train? Do you observe how your body reacts to your diet? What are your observations?
