1) I think the exams are necessary. Exam is a good way to check pupils' knowledge. It's like a final step in the education. But on the other hand exams can't show pupils' real knowledge. Usually everybody is very nervous during exams and can forget everything. In that case the mark will not be right.
3) this year I have got an English exam. I have started preparing for it beforehand. I am trying to revise all the necessary grammar materials. Also I am trying to read different books and stories. It helps me with the vocabulary and speaking. Also I have got many books with different exercises.
