My favorite show
Many people watch TV at their leisure. Everyone can choose the program that he likes best. Those who like music can listen to concerts. Sports enthusiasts can watch football or hockey matches. Television expands our knowledge of the world in which we live. Millions of people can see different countries, new plants, unusual animals and birds, mountains and valleys.
I like the Galileo program. This program was named after the great scientist Galileo Galilei, who liked to set up experiments and explain obscure phenomena.
I would like to meet with Alexander Pushny, because he is an interesting and versatile person. He could tell me a lot of new and unusual.
In the latest episode of the program, I liked the story of filigree. This is the ancient art of weaving silver wire of a variety of drawings and crafts. It takes many months to complete one figure. The master who is engaged in this craft should have patience, perseverance and a good eye.
If I had not watched this program, I would never have known what filigree is and what there are masters who do things extraordinarily beautiful.
The Galileo show ends with words that I also really like: "The world is more interesting than you think." That is why I would like all my friends to watch it and learn about our wonderful world in which we live.
