1) Say how you feel about his/her plans to visit and why.
2) Give some information about what you will be doing in the holidays and when.
3) Explain when the best time for his/her visit would be, and why.
4) Ask when he/she plans to arrive and how long the visit will be. ​

Thank you so much for your e-mail?  How are you?  You made me so happy. You finally made your decision to come here.  Well, its about time. I think that's wonderful and I am so excited.  I can't wait for you to experience white Christmas and try all the Polish delicious meals. I will take you to Zakopane.  Its a small beautiful city with beautiful mountains. I can assure you it has  breath taking views. I won't tell you much about what I am planning because its a surprise...  ;) but we are going to have so much fun !!!!!

Please let me know if you can come here for at least a week or for longer .. because  I will have  a bit more  time to show you around. I am off school from  Dec. 20 to  January 3 so you can come and stay with me around this time.. Let me know for how long you can stay? ... and when is your arrival and departure date.
