Перейдем к половинному углу:
cosy=cos(2* frac{y}{2})=cos^{2}(frac{y}{2})-sin^{2}(frac{y}{2})
siny=sin(2*frac{y}{2})=2sin(frac{y}{2})*cos(frac{y}{2})
-1=-cos^{2}(frac{y}{2})-sin^{2}(frac{y}{2})

Подставим в уравнение и упростим:
cos^{2}(frac{y}{2})-sin^{2}(frac{y}{2})+2sin(frac{y}{2})*cos(frac{y}{2})=-cos^{2}(frac{y}{2})-sin^{2}(frac{y}{2})
2cos^{2}(frac{y}{2})+2sin(frac{y}{2})*cos(frac{y}{2})=0
2cos(frac{y}{2})*(sin(frac{y}{2})+cos(frac{y}{2}))=0
1) 2cos(frac{y}{2})=0
frac{y}{2}=frac{ pi }{2}+ pi k
